Conveyancing Services

Trust Account Services NSW

Are you a professional Conveyancer, whose vendor client has sold their property privately, and there is no agent to hold the deposit.

If you wish to use our Trust Account Services our fees are $77, payable on settlement for holding your clients deposit in our trust account, and acting on settlement.

Once we receive the funds into our Trust Account, we will email you a receipt. On exchange, you would then invite us into the PEXA workspace as the role "To Deal With An Interest", and on your instructions, we will upload the funds and sign off on the settlement.

If you wish to get started, please contact our office and email through the front page of the Contract.

We have operated a conveyancing firm and held a trust account since 1986, passing our yearly trust audits and holding the necessary insurances.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
